returns and exchanges

We want you to feel completely at home with your purchase, and, if for any reason you’re not, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund.

That said, please choose mindfully, as we don’t currently offer return labels. Any return shipping costs will need to be covered by you. 


For our UAE customers:

Please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order if you’d like to return it. We kindly ask that the item be returned to us in original condition within 7 days.

To initiate a return, email us at lucy@thevinecomms.com with the item details and let us know whether you’d prefer a refund or exchange. Once your return arrives, we’ll process it within 3–5 business days.


Sale Items

All sale items are considered final, which means they can’t be exchanged or refunded unless the item is faulty. Thank you for understanding.


Faulty Items

If something’s not quite right, please contact us as soon as possible with a description of the fault. If the item is deemed faulty under UAE consumer law, we’ll do everything we can to make it right - this may include a repair, exchange, or refund.

The item will need to be returned for inspection, which must be done within 10 days of reaching out to us.
