returns and exchanges
We want you to feel completely at home with your purchases, and, if for any reason you’re not, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund within 14 days.
That said, please choose mindfully. We don’t currently offer return labels, meaning any return shipping costs will need to be covered by you.
Items must be returned in original condition. Damaged or used goods will not be entitled to a refund.
14 Day Return Policy
We offer a 14 day return policy. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order if you’d like to return it. We kindly ask that the item be returned to us in original condition within 15 days.
To initiate a return, email us at lucy@thevinecomms.com with the item details and let us know whether you’d prefer a refund or exchange. Once your return arrives, we’ll process it within 3–5 business days pending inspecting.
Refunds will not be made on damaged goods.
Sale Items
All sale items are considered final, which means they can’t be exchanged or refunded unless the item is faulty. Thank you for understanding.
Faulty Items
If something’s not quite right, please contact us as soon as possible with a description of the fault. If the item is deemed faulty under UAE consumer law, we’ll do everything we can to make it right - this may include a repair, exchange, or refund.
The item will need to be returned for inspection, which must be done within 5 days of reaching out to us.
